6w3d today. All of week 4, I had growing, stretching cramping. Then it stopped. Nothing for 7 days straight. Then yesterday and today I had 2 very brief (less than 1/2 hour) episodes of cramping, but it felt more like menstrual cramps, not the stretching feeling. Otherwise, I've had a couple of very random episodes of nausea and my appetite is dialed up. I'm also exhausted and having middle of the night insomnia, but I'm also in the middle of moving houses and chasing after my 18 mo. old, so I haven't been sure if being tired and insomnia is just from that or being pregnant. First u/s scheduled for Friday, but I'm terrified. Tempted to go for 1 more beta tomorrow so I can get ready for news on Fri. I guess I'm just wondering if my experience is common and not indicative of a missed m/c, which I have had before at 10 weeks. Plus, I don't even think that diminished symptoms mean much b/c I read that the placenta can keep making hcg so some women who miscarry don't realize it.
