Q: Heart Palpitations at 11 weeks? a little worried...

So I've been getting these heart palpiatations for awhile now and it just feels like my heart beating alot stronger. It comes on randomly when I'm sitting or standing and only lasts for about a minute...but I get them all throughout the day. am I possibly not drinking enough water? or is it due to the large volume of blood that I'm pumping now. anyone else get these or have any thoughts?

I would say it is due to the increased volume that your heart is having to pump. It is basically working over-time. I got them a lot with all my pregnancies. With that said I would let our OB/midwife know. They may want to check your thyroid function.
