My first beta was at 10 dpo and came back less than 5. My second beta at 14 DPO was 94.

You'd probably find betabase.info to be helpful. It really helped me when I was doing my beta series.
My betas were:
11DPO: 23 (3w4d)
13DPO: 84 (3w6d)
17DPO: 247 (4w3d)

My first beta at approx 12 DPO was 59 and my next at 19 DPO was 720.
I say approx as I decided to not temp or use OPK's but I'm using my previous cycles as a guide. I got my first faint positive on a frer at approx 10 DPO. Hope this is helpful :)
