Hello dear,
It is a great news that you are pregnant. In your case, I know it is legit to feel a bit scared. but being positive is how you can grow the baby in best ambiance. Make sure that you take every care and precaution during your pregnancy this time. Do not stress out or be under any kind of depression. The baby feels and gets hurt on every thing that you go through. Have a happy and safe pregnancy

I'm in the same boat. I had a miscarriage last December and am about 5 weeks pregnant now. I'm having some complications (spotting and cramping) that has me terrified. But my doctor is following me closely and is tracking my hpt via blood draws every week. That alone has made me feel better, just being able to track my levels as they rise. I also stalk Google constantly and like to look up statistics. This page in particular is a good one: http://spacefem.com/pregnant/mc.php?m=08&d=10&y=12 Each day you don't have issues is one day closer to goal! Other than that, I try to keep the panic from my mind. Deep breathing helps, keeping busy helps, reading or binge watching TV helps. I know it's insanely hard to stay calm, but you do whatever it takes! Keep in mind, the odds of two miscarriages in a row is only something like 1 to 3 percent. Good luck and happy pregnancy!
