basically the first u/s didn't find anything, the second found a sac, yolk and est.gestation was by lmp. Today gestation was est. By sac growth on u/s & says I'm 5wk 4 days with sac, yolk is there.. No pole, or beat. Any advice

Hi!Question. I went to the OB 1 week ago from today whom said I didn't have a sac&probably had3false +'s,& I'm not pregnant, I requested hCG levels to be taken, which were drawn that day, I was suppose to follow up with labs in 48 hours but landed in the er. W/ left lower quadrant pain& spotting, they wanted to first rule out ectopic,a 24 hr hCG was able to compare levels and determined levels went up by half..the ultrasound tech found a sac with what she thought might be a yolk, no pole. My gestation at this time was to be 5 weeks 4 days. I am very discouraged at this point because the OB said there was not a viable pregnancy if there was in fact apregnancy,& now I had the bleeding/pain. At5wk4day I have heard others saw a pole & a heart beat. The radiologist read my u/s and feels the left sided pain is my ovary w/a corpus lutiem that is"stuck" but progesterone will still be able to secrete. I had u/s today which est. 5wk4 days, no pole, heart beat, but s
