|Tags: 2nd Pregnancy High Risk Pregnancy Planning to Breastfeed Pregnant after Miscarriage Pregnant in my 20s|
About MeHi Ya'll! I've been married since January 2012 to my dear husband. We decided to start trying in October of 2012 (first child for both of us). We didn't know how tough it was going to be to actually become pregnant....
I tried EVERYTHING; I mean ovulation tests, BBT tracking, preseed, fertile-aid for him&her, cervical mucus checks, ferning tests (microscopes), genetic counseling, OBGYN visits/counseling, more testings...you name it!
I finally became pregnant for the first time in July 2013, but it ended in an early miscarriage at 5 weeks 4 days. Then in November 2013 I found out I was pregnant again after trying post-miscarriage. This little bean stuck well! I thank GOD, everyday for this miracle!
I was considered a high risk pregnancy, but just cleared out last week 6/20! I have glucose intolerance and have tested positive for GBS. I have a heart condition and am on metoprolol to control it (I was on atenolol before I found out I was pregnant, then they switched me to metoprolol for the sake of the baby).
I am 22-years-old (I know some may think that is young), but I'm more than ready for this baby and so is my husband! :-) This is our little miracle from above <3 Praying for a healthy baby for all us ladies! God bless ya'll! <3 My EDD is July 16, 2014!
