Elijah's Birth Story

We went to the hospital about 1pm on January 27th because I was having contractions that were about 5 minutes apart. By the time they got me in labor and delivery, I was already 6 to 7 centimeters dilated. So, I got an epidural about that time. The longest part of the whole process was pushing...he had to use a suction to get Eli out. Elijah came into this world screaming at 7:09pm, and we couldn't be any happier or grateful. He is our cerclage miracle and rainbow baby! :)

	Comment from onemor83 » Posted Feb. 3, 2012 9:43pm Baby & I are good...not making any real big progress..I'm a fingertip dialated & my doctor doesnt seem to want to listen to me...I don't dialate too well by myself & I feel as if I might go over due like I did with my son & I don't want that again as it caused him to have jaundice.

That is great news :) I'm so happy for you...I bet hes beautiful....yea,the babies are always bigger than what doctors predict so I never listen to them..since this is my 3rd I kinda go by my own instinct...you delivered fairly quick though..I tend to stay in labor & give birth later..it takes me 13 hrs lol cant wait to see the pictures :)
