Fable's Birth Story
I had been having very irregular but mildly painful contractions since Saturday but figured it was normal for me since it wasn't the first time. 8pm on Monday I got the first onethat was bad but waited all night for them to get more regular and they never did. My pain level stayed around a 6-7 and was not much worse than how I felt leading up to labor so I was in denial that it was real and afraid to get excited. 7:45am I hit transition and my contractions became unbearable and regular finally. We left for the hospital at 8:30am and in the car I began worrying if we would make it. Arrived at L&D at 8:45am and she was born at 9:00am on the dot. I am still in shock how close to being born in the car she was!
