I know, pregnancy is 40 weeks.
I know, Baby needs to stay in there until at least 38 weeks.
I know this and still I think to myself at this moment. I'm so over this. My back hurts all the time, when I'm walking around my entire pelvis hurts, I have to pee constantly. All of these things are normal late pregnancy complaints but I'm totally over this pregnant business.
Appointment today, baby's heart rate was 142, had an ultrasound because I mentioned that although she seems to be moving with the same frequency the force in which she moves has decreased, and I even told the doctor I was pretty sure she's just running out of room because she's a big baby... she's fine, fluid level is fine, she was moving her hands around and practice breathing.
Mommy on the other hand, Mommy could use a vacation from her own body at the moment!

Comment from eat2nourish » Posted Jun. 3, 2015 10:44am You made me giggle with the "I'm so over this" comment. I feel so sorry for your discomforts. Even though I'm loving my pregnancy, I was absolutely clueless about some of the challenges I've already experienced. I'm so happy your little girl is doing fine & I hope you find time to rest and do something fun to distract yourself. Hang in there! .
Comment from Julia01 » Posted Jun. 2, 2015 7:37pm Your not alone , I'll be 33 weeks tomorrow and at 30 weeks at her growth sono with specialist they said she all ready weighed 5 lb 3 oz . I was just thinking I hope it goes by fast to Delivery day . But 37 weeks is full term maybe she will come for you around then !
Comment from Kitten90 » Posted Jun. 2, 2015 5:05pm It's to feel that way and totally normal to feel that way. The end sucks so bad!
Comment from rcorinne » Posted Jun. 2, 2015 3:49pm Glad she is doing well in there. At least you don't have to have her right now because she is healthy. You can do it. 37 weeks is full term, so anytime after 1.5 weeks from now... I know it sucks. Hope you can find some distractions at the end of the marathon.
Comment from stickybean1976 » Posted Jun. 2, 2015 3:44pm Not long now. I miss being pregnant now except the peeing and heartburn. The end is always the toughest. Take it easy and get plenty of rest
Comment from RedBetty » Posted Jun. 2, 2015 1:16pm You are not alone sister, you just wrote my feelings exactly. We can only try to be strong. Hugs |
