To breastfeed or formula feed??

With my daughter I never even tried to breastfeed.
I've been thinking a lot about it this time around. But I've read so many hard things about it. My daughter slept for atleast 5 hours as a baby. I'm afraid to breastfeed and be constantly feeding all day and night. I've read the baby can take anywhere from 45minutes - 1 hour to nurse. Then you have to nurse again in another couple hours because breast milk digests much faster than formula... To be honest, I don't think I want the baby attached to my breast all day and night like that... But on the other hand, it's something I really want to try and do... I'm just so confused... People tell me not to because it's very difficult and stressful. Then people tell me I should because it's so much better for the baby.
I don't know what to do...
I would also want a pump because I would want my daughter to get a chance to feed the baby and as well with my boyfriend and other family members...
I just don't know. I keep changing my mind...

The be honest breastfeeding is hard work, if you aren't 100% comited you will quit quite early in the game, I really wanted to do it because it's what's best for baby, and I will do everything in my power to give my baby a perfect head start, so if your not wanting to commit I wouldn't bother, it not so thing you just do for he hell of it, you really have to work hard and mix feeding from the start will mess with your supply and you will end up having to quit anyway. My son fed for 10 min each side and at the start fed every hour so yes your baby will be attached to you permanently but after a few months you both sort things out and it's quick and easy, no need to prepare everytime you leave the house. I loved breastfeeding but u would never say it's easy at the start but once your supply has sorted it's self out its much easier and way better for your baby
