A daughters Intuition?

My 3 year old drew a picture on a post it card, she told me "this is the baby in your belly"....First off my husband and I haven't really told her about me being pregnant. She has never seen pictures of developing babies or fetus's. The baby she drew is C shaped and looks just like it should at 5 weeks. I am 5 weeks today, I am shocked at her "art"
