So... my last three weekly appointments have gone something like this:
36 week - fingertip dilated, 0% effaced
37 week - 1cm dilated, 90% effaced
38 week - 1-2cm dilated, 90% effaced
My OB said (at this last appointment) that if I come in on Tuesday - TOMORROW! - and I'm dilated to 4cm then he's going to move up the c-section for Wednesday - THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW! OMG. A bit hard to handle. I'm hoping that I've dilated more but haven't done anything to encourage or discourage it - I want little man to cook for as long as he needs to.
Still. EXCITING AS HELL. Everyone send dilating-vibes my way, if you wouldn't mind!

 | Comment from Fitt1981 » Posted Jan. 13, 2014 1:12pm How come they are checking you iv asked my midwife to check last fri but she said she's not aloud till 40 weeks iv had so much mucus discharge for the past month pain in my back and top of tummy hurts it do go hard also I'm so ready for this baby to come now got midwife next fri I'm hoping she will do a sweep then |
