How did you find out you were pregnant? HPT
What kind of Pregnancy test did you take? Dollar store brand!
How many? I took 3 total, one Sunday, Monday and Wednesday. Was cool to see them get darker. I kept them all too :)
What were your 1st symptoms? Weird smell like garbage, sore boobs, dark urine
Who did you tell first? My husband
Who was with you when you found out? I was alone
My 1st reaction: A weird calmness!
Was your baby planned? Yes
When was the baby conceived? Not sure. I think it was the last wkend of February, we were moving so I thought the month was a write off!
How far were you when you found out? 4 weeks 2 days.
How did your parents react? Very surprised, taken aback!
Due Date: November 17, then 20, 2011
Do you know the sex? Nope :)
Any names? Between Chyles, Sloane and Piper for girl and Felix and Titus for a boy
Any Ultrasounds? One @ 10 wks, one @ 21 wks, and no more unless something's wrong
Have you heard the heart beat? Every appointment we hear it. First time @ 9 1/2 weeks.
Who do you think it will look like? No clue. Brent's kids look a lot like him, so he must have dominant genes.
Will the baby have siblings? Two half-brothers
Have you felt the baby move? Yeah, I will never get tired of feeling it.
Did you have morning sickness? Not even one moment of it.
Did you have any cravings? Weird stuff in the beginning, now mostly constant cravings of cereal and milk and candy and all kinds of fruit.
Did you have any mood swings? I don't think so - but people tell me otherwise.
Are you a high risk pregnancy? Nope.
Any complications? Nope.
Formula or Breastfeeding? REALLY hoping to breastfeed.
Have you bought anything for the baby yet? Not really. Some diapers. I feel like a bad mom writing that!
When did you start to show? Week 15 kinda and then a big pop at 16 weeks.
How long could you wear your regular clothes? I'm still wearing some...my jeans were goners by week 17.
Will you keep the babyâ??s clothes? Prob not.
Home or Hospital? Hospital. I was open to home birth but Brent was not.
Natural or Medicated birth? I REALLY hope I can go unmedicated, at least no epidural - I'm open to gas.
Who will be in the delivery room with you? Just my husband.
Do you think you will need a C-section? I doubt it - cases are rare with midwives.
Will you cry when you hold the baby for the 1st time? Oh I would imagine....
Whatâ??s the 1st thing you might say to the baby? No idea...."Hi lovebug"?
Will you let anyone video tape the birth? Undecided. If so, only Brent. But I think I'd rather have him to support/coach me.
Are you excited? More anxious and nervous at this point.
Who will help you with the baby after the birth? My mom, Brent's mom , Brent's sister.
What is your favorite thing about being pregnant? My belly - it's at the perfect stage right now. And feeling it move, and all the attention (not gonna lie!)
What is the worst thing about being pregnant? The odd bad day you feel fat and unnatractive. I've had no real complaints tho!
Whatâ??s one thing you miss doing since being pregnant? Drinking wine. Sex on the bottom!
Any days you wish you were not pregnant? Nope
Are you ready for a baby? Can you ever be ready for the unknown?
Do you have insurance? Yes (MSP)
How many kids do you want? I would like 2, but this will be my only since Brent has 2 already.
Do you talk to the baby? No. I feel bad about that too.
Do you still feel attractive? Yup, almost every day. I feel healthy & vibrant
Have you had your baby shower yet? Not til after its born
Do you like kids? most of them, except poorly behaved and undisciplined, that's the parents' faul tho
