Phew...

First ultrasound is behind us! It went great! I measured 6w4d (I'm 6w5d today according to LMP and I actually thought I was more like 6w1d according to when we BD'd) so baby was measuring perfectly and HB was around 122. I was super excited! I'll go back in 4 weeks for my first official OB appointment at 10w5d. Very excited!! The second I saw that heartbeat everything calmed down inside of me. She told me I'll be seeing the specialist this time again because of the Factor V Leiden, so that means I'll get the harmony blood test again... so hopefully we'll know the gender in 6 weeks!!
Funny side story of today too... about 3 days after I told DH I was pregnant a friend told me her sister is having twins. My husband turned white as a sheet and ever since then keeps talking about what if it's twins. And how we'd have to sell my car and the only thing that would even work would be a mini van... I mean, it has caused him to lose sleep at night. So right after the tech leaves the room for me to get dressed he looks at me and says "it was only 1 right?" haha... "yes, dear... only one" ;)
