I am registered at Pottery Barn for little things. I honestly hate registering at PBK because it's a pain. Their stuff comes and goes without warning. I find out this morning that a Boppy headrest that was SO cute is out of stock now. Thanks for the warning PBK! Then I find out that some basket liners I wanted and added just 5 days ago to my registry are also out of stock... thanks again PBK! They had already irritated me over the weekend. I got a 20% off one item coupon. So I go to the store and ask if I order there if they'll waive shipping. The lady says "no"... well she was much ruder than that.... I don't know what it is with out PBK employees here... they are always so rude. So anyway, I tell her also that I have a free shipping coupon too. So she goes "oh I would order the lamp online and you'll get a 10% registry discount, a 20% off from your coupon and free shipping from your other coupon because you can add 2 coupon codes in at a time online." I get home and I can only use one coupon and I'm not getting my 10% off either. I call and they're all "you don't get the 10% off until after your event" I tell them I got 10% off my furniture last time before my event. She goes "well I don't know how you got that" At the end of the day I didn't order anything because they charge so much on shipping that even with 20% off I wouldn't even be saving enough to matter. ugh.. OF COURSE I love the lamps that are "online only"
