Jake's Reaction & Blood Draw - (ended in miscarriage)

I had originally planned to tell Jake on our anniversary getaway for our 10th anniversary together on Thursday night (3/14) but I couldn't wait! So I gave it to him early. I printed a cute poem on a rainbow background and rolled it up around a positive FRER test and put both in a baby bottle. I handed it to him and told him it was his "message in a bottle". He opened it and read the poem, looked at the test (after 8 previous pregnancies he's well aware of how to read those tests), and he was teary-eye'd and asked me, "Are you really pregnant?" I said yes and that I knew on Saturday. He was surprised at how early that was and came over and hugged and kissed me and told me how happy he was. Then we went to dinner to celebrate.
Today I went into the fertility clinic for a blood test and HCG quant. They said they would call before 5pm.
