For the past week or more I have had what I can best describe as "hang over" type symptoms. I have mostly felt great in the mornings when I wake up. So I QUICKLY eat breakfast and drink a cup of coffee. My ONE cup of coffee (don't judge). ;)
It's worst in the evenings around 5pm. I start to get queasy constantly, I feel weak and light headed. I just want to burp or fart and nothing sounds good to eat.
I'm a tad constipated too. I normally go every day but didn't yesterday :(. Last week there was bright red blood in the toilet and I FREAKED OUT!!!! I then realized it was coming from my rectum and oddly....that made me feel better :/
So I'm eating more fiber, drinking more water, and indulging in a dried prune or two.
I feel in a cloud most of the day and I feel lazy and unproductive.
I know I'm growing a human but the outside world doesn't feel what I feel , and most of them don't know what I know.

Comment from Bostonmama08 » Posted Jul. 13, 2013 9:54pm Omg....when I was reading your journal I thought "i am not the only one!". I feel the same way.....exact same way. I actually went to the ER today because of my dizziness and extreme fatigue. I was borderline low on my sodium levels...135-145 is normal and i was at 134...but that was it. I was sent home with "You're pregnant....got to just deal with feeling like shit!". Well...good news is that I heard all this goes away after 12 weeks or so.....so here's to hangin' in there!.... |
