First Prenatal Appointment

Yesterday we went to my first prenatal appointment, which was just blood work and paper work. I was really hoping to have an ultrasound scheduled, since I was on Clomid to confirm number of babies, but they said at my next appointment they will schedule one. My next appointment is in about 2.5 weeks, on August 21st. It's for my prenatal physical and I will see Mandy (midwife practitioner) for the first time. Since I will be 8w1d, we will get to hear the heartbeat finally! It seems so far away, but it's excited knowing we will hear the heartbeat next appointment!
We will be telling our immediate family (parents/siblings) about the pregnancy on monday! I will post pics of how we did it. Being long distant, I had to get creative haha. Everyone else won't be told until 10-12 weeks, which we'll do with an official photo shoot announcement!
