I was 8w1d at this appointment, and we were very hopeful about hearing the heartbeat. When we got there, she said the doppler will usually only pick it up at 10 weeks but she would try. She wasn't able to find it, but we go back in 2 weeks for our first ultrasound finally!
I had the basic physical, and she said everything seemed normal for where I'm at. Jim also got to meet Mandy, the midwife, for the first time.
Can't wait until our ultrasound!
We also just found out we're moving within the next couple months, so I will have to find a doctor and hospital up there. I hope my options are good since we're going into the unknown!
Only a couple weeks until we can finally announce it; we just need to get our pictures done!
