Nausea, backache and headache were my wakeup call again this morning. On top of that I didn't sleep well at all last night. I don't know what is waking me up or interrupting my sleep. Sometimes I'd wakeup so thirsty I can't swallow, sometimes it was because I had to run to bathroom other times it was just because.
I left the tv on downstairs last night for Nakita and she didn't really bark last night. I think she barked once but that was it.
Today was another rough day filled with nausea, fatigue and just overall yucky feeling. I mention to Scott it feels like I have the flu, because my whole body aches. I somehow managed to do pretty well at the store with him today. We went on a gluten free grocery run so I can have more food to eat. I feel so guilty for getting "special" food but I gotta eat now and apparently gluten is my worse enemy atm. Hmmm I think I have some anti nausea meds left over from when I was sick before...wonder if they will help now.
