Been a while since my last entry. I've been doing better with the nausea, haven't felt nauseated in a couple days. Been waking up with diarrhea though, which I guess is a little better than the constipation. I ended up going to the Dr. on Monday because of the cramps, nausea and inability to eat without vomiting. I began to feel dizzy and just real weak, water really wasn't helping.

Got home from the Dr. and had an extremely painful bowel movement. Then I remembered that's what started this. I was told to take an enema and milk of magnesia. That definitely worked to clear out the blockage. Since then I've felt much better, I haven't felt the extreme nausea and haven't vomited. I started off on a bland (BRAT) diet. Of course I've never done well with that diet so it didn't last long. I'm not back to eating whatever I want yet but I'm working up to it.

I also realized that the bread I thought I had a gluten reaction to was more than likely the lactose that was in it. I never realized that dry milk had so much lactase in it. Sooooo I had something I know has gluten in it today and haven't had a reaction to it. Oh that makes me feel sooooo much better. I can deal with lactose intolerance but gluten...I like pasta, bread, cakes and whatnot too much. Plus that's all I've been wanting lately and it's not only obvious things I would have to cut out if I had a gluten intolerance, anything breaded would have to be cut out also. Can you imagine? Ugh, yeah it's depressing.

I've always had a constipation problem, more like irregularity or slow digestion than painful bowel movements. I never realized that severe constipation could cause nausea and vomiting. I suppose I should probably have that checked out since it's not normal at all.
