Baby is moving, so are we??

I just ate and the baby spent a few minutes celebrating in there. I love him so much.
We decided to consult a realtor who I know from volunteering at the farmers market over the summer. She put a fantastic proposal together and we found out the house is probably going to sell for more than we paid for it in 2012. We did update the bedroom with hardwood, new fan, etc, so I am hopeful that we can make enough for a decent down payment for a Michigan house.
I am very ready to be a stay at home mom. There is nothing I want more in my life for that experience to be with my baby!
Also read the mortgage interest rates are going to go up again soon so my husband's company needs to get a move on and hire him quickly so we can put a bid on a new house!!
This weekend we will be doing a major clean out, and will replace things here and there that have fallen into disrepair like toilet seats, etc, lol.
