Anatomy scan 9 days!

Well this relentless cold has kept me home for three days. My husband is traveling on Saturday so I am hoping with every little sick fiber of my being that he doesn't get this. Its a nasty cold and I dont want to see him in Vegas with this. Lucky duck gets to go to Vegas for work for a week!!! Then California for two weeks. Its gonna be a lonely little road for me.
The only thing keeping me ticking is my anatomy scan in 9 days! I want to see my boy already :)
No news on my husbands job. He works for a very large company with a terribly slow HR department. Like slow beyond comprehension. It takes an average of three months to get hired. Its been almost a month since he applied, and the woman from HR is still yet to schedule a FIRST interview for him. Ridiculous. Apparently he has a very good shot to get the job but who knows when this will happen. Ill probably have the baby before moving so I will start living accordingly. I little pissed that basically her incompetence will prevent us from selling our house easily and quickly but its life.
Hope this cold goes away soon. Watching Frozen and drinking my homemade concoction that I know as Chef's tea, that I learned from a chef in a NYC school I worked at. Hope it works soon!
