So we got a house! It was our second choice, and I am not thrilled we paid 5K above asking, but its ours and I really like it! It needs work but I know once we are through with the first few years it will be FABULOUS! I am so happy baby will have a nice big bedroom to come home to :)
Our home inspection is next week, and although we can't physically be there we recruited a very nice gentleman who has MANY years of experience to do the inspection and report.
Had the WORST stomach pain ever last night. It was like nothing I ever had. My only explanation could be some old spices I used when making a chicken satay. But they were like hospital bad stomach pains and Phil was ready to take me. Luckily the pain subsided this morning and I was able to run errands and eat breakfast.
Tomorrow is our baby shower!!! So excited. I have my outfit all picked out and my in-laws are coming to visit tonight and will come with us for the ride. I know my mom worked really hard to put the shower together with my best friend and I could not be more grateful. I'm going to get flowers for them for everything they did to give me and baby a nice party :)
We move at the end of May so I am hoping we only have a couple weeks in an extended stay until we close on our new house.
My grandma is in the hospital with a viral infection that is affecting her brain. I hope she pulls through...I love her and she taught me so much. The worst part is she is in the ICU and my family doesn't want me to go there bc I am pregnant and they want to protect me and baby. I understand, but I want to see her :( Pull through my sweet grandma.
