Not much is really new with this 31 week marker. The only thing that I noticing more prominently is the exhaustion. I cannot seem to catch up on sleep. In the previous journal that I wrote about my inability to sleep, I was able to catch up on sleep after I finally became so tired that I could not keep my eyes open. After a few days of not being able to sleep, my body would give in and I would be out cold for one night. I would wake up refreshed the next day to start the cycle over. For about 2 week now though, I have not been as lucky. I am not sleeping. I toss and turn the entire night. No catch up sleep whatsoever! Given the opportunity, I would sleep for a week straight. Too bad that is not in the cards for me.

Comment from mcorinnes » Posted Sep. 14, 2015 7:30pm You have RLS as well?!?!?! So I am not crazy?!?!?! That really is a pregnancy symptom? It started about a week ago and I though I was just loosing my mind!!!
Comment from thomasanddawnxoxo » Posted Sep. 14, 2015 5:27pm I usually goto sleep for a couple hours after work...thankfully I have no young ones at home so I have the luxury of napping whenever I feel like it. I don't sleep well at night because of RLS. But naps are glorious
Comment from pbc910 » Posted Sep. 14, 2015 1:25pm I'm with you on the sleep! I'd love to just go to sleep when my body is ready (around 9pm), but then I have to shower and all that and when that is over I'm too awake! I maybe get 4-5 hrs a sleep a night. I make it up on the weekends. I feel guilty for sleeping in but darn it, I'm going to enjoy it now! |
