Looking forward to seeing baby again

I haven't really had any new developments in symptoms. Still emotional, sore breasts, and occasional (maybe 2x per week) nausea that never results in vomiting. I seem to be hungry every 45 minutes or so but unable to eat more than a handful of food at a time. Kind of annoying! Some constipation but I'm not very regular to begin with.
No spotting, bleeding or cramping which I should take as a good sign but still finding it hard to try and trust my body again.
Looks like I will be getting an ultrasound on feb 6th as well as feb 18th. Cannot wait to check in on the little one and make sure everything is okay. Hoping to see yet another wonderful healthy heartbeat. I hope this baby appreciates how much I stress out about it's well-being! I love him/her so much already, I cannot even imagine how I will feel when they're born.
