There are 4 levels of nausea/vomiting:
Level 1 - I feel nauseas but barely enough to even mention it.
Level 2 - I feel more nauseas than usual but I'm definitely not going to throw up.
Level 3 - I feel like I'm going to throw up . . . it's just a matter of when it's going to happen.
Level 4 - It's about to happen! Get to a toilet soon!
Level 5 - Here it comes! Wish I made it to the toilet in time!!!
I have only been on level 1 the past few weeks, and it hasn't been bad. It's mainly a problem when I'm shopping. I had one food aversion several days ago. I was really looking forward to that garlic hummus! Tonight I reached level 2. I was looking forward to a second helping of chili after my nap. Not sure what happened. I went in to the kitchen to pack Steven's dinner and everything was repulsive. Every food item that caught my eye in the fridge made me gag. Pickles, grape juice, mustard. I'm making it worse. Must shut up! The good news is . . . that little baby must be doing well in there. Something's going on.
