18w3d - potential complication

So, just got back from my anatomy scan and they said I have placenta previa, which is a low lying placenta. I've been banned from strenuous stuff and....sex. T__T They are having me come back in in 6 weeks to see if it has migrated with my uterus, and if so, then all will go back to normal. If not I'll most likely have to a C-section, and it'll have to be early.
I feel like my body hates me sometimes. I was already high risk for preterm and preclampsia, so this just takes the cake! :/ Will be a stressful 6 weeks waiting in limbo for this to correct itself. I really wish the doctor would've told me to what degree the previa is, like if it's marginal, partial or complete. Because if it is marginal or partial I'd feel a little better. Hoping for the best!
