35 weeks this week, 5 weeks to go! I am getting more and more excited about labor and looking forward to the very near future I get to finally meet my son! And yes I said I am EXCITED. Im not nervous or scared. I feel very connected with my bodys ability to do this and have instinct take over. Ive been getting more and more articles on birthing stories both good and bad stories. I have my birth plan all written out and hope to follow it fully.
This week I have my last every 2 weeks appt and will start seeing my Dr weekly till the big D day. I hope my Dr can give me an idea on Elis weight and if hes positioned correctly for a vaginal birth. If not then I will need to work on getting him positioned. My birth plan includes that I do not want any interventions such as an epidural for pain. I hope that the last few months of relaxation breathing techniques Ive learned in yoga will help me to during active labor.
My last baby shower brunch on the first weekend in Nov and from there I am in the home stretch!! :O)
