hiccups

Cameron had loads of hiccups in utero. However, I was beginning to wonder if I'd feel any with Emma. I don't know if she hasn't had any, if my anterior placenta made them hard to feel, or if I was just plain ignoring them. Anyway, I was doing tons of computer work today, and she was moving like crazy. I kept pushing her little appendages back in, and she'd push them right back out again. And then it happened, she had a nice little round of regular pops that could only be explained as hiccups. Silly, the things we wonder about, but now I feel a bit of relief. Another normal and expected baby movement. Yay! Here's my super cute picture of Cameron from this evening's commute. He knows his baby sister's name now. He still said "bear" today, but a couple seconds later followed it with, "Emma!" Her name is a secret to everyone except on CMP. I hope he doesn't spill the beans. He's usually not very good at answering direct questions, especially those asked by anyone other than DH and me, so I'm thinking the secret is pretty safe with him. However, if he does leak it, at least it will be very cute!
