Well, had the scan on Friday though the hospital was being stupid. First they couldn't find me then they decided that I should have an anomaly scan before a fetal medicine one (which they have now postponed untill September btw).
Annnnywaaay....Bob was absolutely fine according to the sonographer though very uncooperative. I have to walk about for 10 ins, lay on each side and the sonographer even resorted to shoving the probe repeatedly into my bump to get bob to move. Result....I have one very stubborn baby!
Because of this she couldn't get all the heart measurements so they will have to be done at the fetal medicine scan but what measurements she did get showed that I have a perfect baby inside me and the best bit.......Bob is a little GIRL! We saw her bits quite plainly from two different angles and there was nothing pointy anywhere to be seen. WE had been hoping for a little girl this time so we are all over the moon here. She even has her name ready for her. Holly Barbara after my mum. We didn't have a boy name picked but we had a shortlist so.....YAY!
