it's been awhile since I've posted, I have had so many "Is this it?" moments over the past couple of weeks that I'm afraid when it is time it will be full on hard labor before i realize it's happening for real! My biggest complaint these days are what other refer to as "lightning crotch" I guess that description is as accurate as you can get. It fees as though Olivia has a screwdriver and is taking it to my cervix. It is so uncomfortable to walk sometimes and when I lay down it sometimes makes me yell out loud. :( Last 2 appointments I have been at 2cm and 50% effaced, Braxton hicks are still there, nothing consistent. Insomnia is getting the best of me, last week I was a grumpy tired, emotional mess. I yelled at my husband and would burst into tears for the smallest things. On a positive, I had an ultrasound this morning and Olivia is weighing 6lbs 2oz and doing great, she is practicing her "breathing" and looks very squished in there lol I know I technically have another 23 days until my actual due date but I am hoping she comes over the weekend.

 | Comment from Summer0120 » Posted Jan. 5, 2016 9:05am I felt exactly like that last week which would have put me at36 weeks and some days as well. Lol! I felt much better all weekend. I was much more happy and chipped again. I'm feeling a bit down again the last couple days, but I think it's a mix of work week starting again and getting frustrated with all this false labor and no baby to show for it. Hope something happens for you soon!! |
