Cramping and insomnia

Well it's 2:48 in the morning and i can't sleep because of some cramping and i literally i have no sleep. Yesterday 20th we told my sisters in law about the pregnancy, i know its too early but we needed to tell someone, can't wait for the 29th to hear the heart beat ????.
