First Ultrasound at 6w3d :)

All went well for my ultrasound today, YAY! We did get to see the heartbeat, which was amazing. 117 bpm and I'm told that will increase as our pregnancy progresses. The tech said all the baby's measurement are on-track for how far along we are. Although, they dated my pregnancy from my LMP and that date is 6w2d - I know what day I O'd on so, it's off by a day ;) Yes, I'm persnikety about that stuff, lol.
The CRL measured 0.53 cm and we only saw 1 sac/fetal pole = 1 baby. I can't wait until my next ultrasound! The tech said the next one is at 20 weeks but will probably be done at the specialist for ... "Mothers of Advanced Maternal Age" ugh what a horrid name! I guess that thought was reflected in the look I gave her because she explained it's the label given to women over 35. Personally, I think "Mothers over 35" would not only sound better but it's easier to say!
