starting to feel a bit overwhelmed

Have three kids incl. manic fighting 9 yr old identical twins and an out of control 14 year old, my aunt - my mums identical twin - has gone into hospice (lung cancer stage 4 with mets to the bones and in lots of pain) and am starting to feel terribly tired and emotional. My aunts daughter, my cousin (genetically my half sister) is pregs for the first time and due in may. Also I am getting married abroad in December and am too tired and emotional.
