Bleeding again TMI

Let's see.. I hadn't bled for 2 weeks. I thought I was in the clear. My husband and I had some "special" time..and well I was bleeding like a stuck pig. I was absolutely freaking out. Messaged the DR she said not to worry that bleeding can happen with intercourse. So after that I said husband, stay away from me until this baby comes out. He agreed without complaint, this happened around 9 weeks.. Fast forward to this last Friday I would be 11 weeks exactly. I go to walmart. Walk around. Come home to use the bathroom... there is blood. Not a lot. Technically considered just spotting. Still makes my heart sink. Yesterday, I go shopping. Went to 3 different stores. Come home, blood in my undies and on TP. Accompanied with cramps. Of course I don't know if I should be worried this time in pregnancy I know my uterus is streching and growing so I WILL feel uncomfortable..but now the bleeding is coming back. So far nothing today but I'm back on edge. Is it walking that is causing bleeding? I still had the hemmorage on my last ultrasound. My next appointment is next week. Wednesday I believe. Definitely going to tell the DR my frustrations.
