Got my first internal exam!!

i am almost 38 weeks. He is really low in my pelvis, my cervix is thinned a little, is soft, and squishy. I am also dilated to one approx. :) We have an ultrasound tomorrow because they want to see just how big he is and his weight/ info. Doctor says hes a good sized baby and is on the big side. My height of fundus is 40, which is a little bigger than it should be. :) I'll bet he's 9 pounds. lol.
