I had a membrane sweep done yesterday, lost my plug 2 days ago, and I've been thinned and dilated to one for two weeks. I'm getting really discouraged that labor hasn't and won't happen. I am past anxious. Now I'm just frustrated and mad. He's 9 pds already and my body shows signs of being ready to go, but it just won't go. I'm so angry! I REALLY REALLY want to go into labor!!!!!!!!!!!! :/

oooh. I can see how that would be super frustrating. :( I want to try for a vbac too. I hope he comes soon for you and that you get your vbac!

i have to go into labor in order to do a vbac. U cant be induced for vbac, so labor must happen... which is why i get nervous n tense.... its hard when u have that pressure hanging over u.. :/

I was anxious last time too..but being so tense is not what you want. I think I mentioned to you..that the second that I allowed my body some rest and relaxed...released all the tension I had..and that baby felt more then comfortable coming outside AS FAST AS SHE COULD..LOL AND SHE REALLY DID COME OUT FAST!!! Take a warm bath, have your hubby/partner rub you down, drink some warm cocoa..or tea..something warm, have your hubby/ partner pamper you so you have know choice but to sit down and not have to get up for anything..get into bed and read a book ..let him bring your food to you in bed..do all this in your bed..That way your not getting out of breath moving around and not getting the heart rate up..This will give you total relaxation....Then just maybe...your body will let things happen. Good Luck

deep breaths girlie! Baby will come when he's ready! Just ride it out.... :) Also, they told me my daughter would be a 9 or 10 lb baby and she was only 7lbs 8.5oz. So take what the ultrasound or doctor says with a grain of salt. Hugs to you!
