Pregnancy after Mommy makeover

Its been 9 weeks since I had my mommy makeover, was feeling so sick today that I did hpt and was positive. I been preventing pregnancy the last 2 years by checking my body changes and ovulation tests. I been going through some personal stuff and overlooked ovulation this cycle. I am on a 28 day cycle and wed my period is not due for another 2 days. after my positive tests I went to an OB doctor where pregnancy was confirmed.My first OB appointment for this pregnancy will be Aug 12 @2pm. I am very scared because my procedure is so recent and how its going to affect me and the worst part is that I am 43 years old and the chances of a sick baby are high. Mixed emotions ,

 | Comment from calvingirl » Posted Aug. 25, 2020 2:14pm I'm right there with you. We didn't plan ours either, and I was just avoiding BDing during my ovulation week. But here I am, 45 years old and almost 8 wks pregnant! I have my scan tomorrow, and I know what you mean. I'm very nervous to find out if there is anything wrong. But I'm trying to stay positive - there are plenty of 40s mommies out there who have perfectly healthy babies. I'm hoping we're one of them. Good luck! |
