Letter to Baby #1

Dear Baby,
Mommy and Daddy went to see the High Risk doctor today at Maternal Fetal Medicine. They are really going to be keeping an eye on you sweety! The tech showed us and we listened to your blood flow thru your heart, placenta, brain and umbilical cord. We also checked on your stomach and it was in the correct place. You little one made it hard to see the tech had to wait for you to unfold your legs. Then when she to check your little private area and you crossed your legs instantly. Very cute! I hope you cooperate at the next ultrasound so maybe we can see if your a boy or a girl. If not thats okay! We scheduled all your appointments even your echocardiogram. So we will know you are healthy and well taken care of if need be. Today you sucked your thumb, rolled over once, layed on your back, kicked and looked so cute on the scan. I cant wait to meet you. The doctor told mommy today that she may have to get stitched to keep you in til around your due date since when I had your brother Liam it weaked my cervix. I will do anything to keep you safe. Til next time we love you our miracle baby!
