Third Trimester!

So I had my 28 week appointment yesterday. Aubree is growing well and has a perfect strong heart beat of 152. She measured me and I'm measuring at 32 weeks. We both agreed that it was because Aubree, like her older brother, favor the breech position. Her big ol head is nesseled right under my right rib cage.
We went over a few symptoms I've been having and my ob decided to change the time of day I take my glyburide, for GD, and that I should see the cardiologist. I can't stand still for over a minute at a time without feeling dizzy, faint and HOT. Then my heart starts to race. I have a blood pressure monitor at home and have been checking my bp when this happens and its normal however my heart rate jumps to 115+. Oddly though, I'm fine if I'm walking. Hmm. Just very confused. So since miss Aubree will be delivered via c section, we need to make double sure that my heart is fine and that the surgery and anesthesia won't negatively affect me or Aubree.
Week. 28
Weight gain. 14lbs
Maternity clothes. Somewhat
Stretch marks. No new ones
Gender. Girl
Sleep. Almost none existent at night but I do nap
