Over it!

I've so very much had it with my obgyn. They just keep playing games with my health and my babies health/life. My primary care doctor called me Monday to inform me my bp was high based on my results from the cardiologist. SO...they sent my obgyn a fax copy of said results and advised me to call and speak to them about the results. Myself and my husband have called several times, only being allowed to leave messages with the receptionist. They never gave the nurse or doctors our messages. No did they claim to receive my results. So today while at my primary doctors office for my son, I spoke with a friend whim works there and she called them and refused to be put on hold or leave a message. That being said, They still claim that they did not get the results. So I had them print it out and I'm taking it with me to my appointment Friday. I have also been taking my bp every hour at home. It is most definitely elevated. Last night before dinner it was 149\123!!!
I can't even get them to give me an answer on my urine protein results.
I'm so over these people. Seriously!

I really would like to, but They are the closest to me unfortunately and My husband can't drive :(
Thankfully this is our last baby. My midwife is amazing but BC I'm high risk and need a repeat c section, I need to see the Doctor. I'm very disappointed that the doctor I had with my son has left to a better hospital farther upstate. I was finally called back today and I now have an appointment tomorrow morning, just hope they actually do something other than just a bp check. They should be drawing blood and requesting another 24 hour urine. Believe me, I'm going to push for it, even if I have to pay out of pocket. It's MY life and MY baby, I'll do what's needed.

You may want to ask around for recommendations and switch. It isn't too late. My friend switched at 34 weeks and is happy she did! I have never had to leave a message with a receptionist. And if my doctor isn't available one of her colleagues will call me back or see me if necessary. I would be just as mad if I were you. Good luck!
