Just a dream?

I have been so exhausted lately that I've been napping everyday. Then when it comes to bed time, I can't seem to get my body and brain to calm down. I get itchy and twitchy, the only cure is a hot bath and lathering on lotion.
Last night I finally managed to fall asleep around 11pm and slept till 330am. I've been up since. During this time, I had a freaky dream, well freaky to me anyway. In my dream I went for my first ultrasound. The technician pointed out that there were THREE sacs. My dream pretty much ended there. When I woke, I didn't know how to feel. I felt a little scared. Twins run on my side of the family. My mom has a twin brother and she has identical twin aunts( on her moms side). I'm hoping this is just a dream and not a hint at what's to come.....lol
