My sister, and sister in laws threw us a wonderful shower....all my family and friends attended. I was a little bummed however that DH family did not attend due to another family member event. :(

Tried to get the lil one to kick for daddy but didn't for a while so we must have caught it by surprise! :)

Started Wearing Maternity Clothes
Wore my first pair of maternity pants today, my work pants were starting to get tight and so I was leaving them unbuttoned....put on my maternity pants and wow heaven!! :)

First Ultrasound
Saw baby today! Pushed back my due date :(

Heard Baby's Heartbeat for the First Time
Chris and I got to hear heartbeat at 10 1/2 weeks!! :)

Took test at work, was completely SHOCKED!!! After so many 1 line test there was our 2 BOLD pink lines!!!

First Positive Pregnancy Test
Took test at work! Really just took it to be safe, I was a week late and i had some feelings but thought my mind was just playing tricks on me and SURPRISE!! 2 pink lines!! YAY

	Comment from bguertner » Posted Dec. 13, 2012 2:27pm I couldn't have said it better myself, seems like we are in the exact same place, wanting to scream! I was induced last time too because baby didn't want to come on his own. You would think that since this is not our first time giving birth our bodies would be like, ok let's get this kid outta here! When I was induced before I went in on a Sunday night, didn't make any progress until she broke my water the next afternoon and then baby was born at 4:33 pm. Maybe that's why she is having me come in the night before, because my body is stubborn. Are you all ready for baby Kyle?

I am in the same boat as you...no significant progress at my appointment on Monday :( I saw my actual doctor this time and she checked me and said that I am a good cm dilated, cervix is softening and thinning but she wouldn't committ to any other numbers other that a "good cm". She did say that my uterus has moved from the posterior position to anterior so that is a good sign things are progressing. Oh well, I am scheduled to be induced on the night of the 26th at 7:30pm. So baby won't be born until the 27th sometime. Maybe our sons will have the same birthday!?! That would be awesome! What time do you go in on the 27th?
	Comment from bguertner » Posted Nov. 1, 2012 8:15pm Yes, me too! It seems like there are times when I pee and then 2 minutes later I have to pee again...and a full blown pee! It's like, why didn't this all come out when I went the last time! I know, our poor husbands just don't fully understand but as long as they can find some humor in it I guess we are ok :) We decided not to have a shower because this is our 3rd baby. Sometimes it makes me sad but we have already bought everything ourselves so that makes me feel better. Yes, we have picked out the name Owen Michael Guertner (little OMG)! what about you guys, do you have a name yet? Yay for getting the nursery ready! I will probably start washing stuff this weekend or next. I have been wanting to start it but keep telling myself that I still have plenty of time...but the weeks are going by so fast that our little bundles will be here before we know it. Plus throw in the fact that they can come early and I really start freaking out!

Last night after I took a shower, I was putting on my panties and pants and apparently was making so much noise that my husband was like are you ok in there? I told him I was fine other than having this basketball in the way and having to bend over and find new ways to get dressed! Then I felt like I had run a marathon and had to go sit down for a bit. I keep telling myself that in 8 weeks it will be gone and I will be able to bend easier. When are you going to start washing clothes and bedding?
