On April 8, 2013 at 19 weeks 3 days pregnant
Found Out Baby's Gender
We went for our 20 week ultrasound and everything went great! Our sweet baby was squirming and wiggling, it was hard to get the measurements. All of the sudden the tech said it's a girl. My husband asked how sure are you, and he said 99% good enough for you? :-) We are thrilled to be having a little princess


On March 23, 2013 at 17 weeks 1 day pregnant
Felt My Baby Move for the First Time
I was lying in bed, it was like 2:00am and I thought something was wrong at first, it felt like someone popping a bag of popcorn in my belly! I feel it regularly, it's amazing!

On December 25, 2012 at 4 weeks 4 days pregnant
Announced Pregnancy to Family
We wrapped up baby bibs that said Who needs Santa when I have Grandma! They both took a minute to figure it out, and then they cried! It was so special- something I will always remember!

On December 22, 2012 at 4 weeks 1 day pregnant
First Positive Pregnancy Test
I was feeling really sick and tired that day. Just for fun I decided to take a pregnancy test-- I knew it was going to say not pregnant since it was the middle of the day and I didn't have much urine--- but to my surprise as I was brushing my teeth I picked it up and it said pregnant! I was in shock for quite a while!! We are thrilled!!! Bring on the baby!

Told Husband/Partner
I wrapped the pregnancy test in a baby bib that said Baby's First Christmas! He was so shocked, he had no idea :-)
