My Milestones & Events

On October 19, 2013 at 23 weeks 4 days pregnant
Baby Shower
We had a great time, me and daddy. Lots of people showed up to the baby shower and I got a good start on the things that we need for her. Everything had fun and there was lots of food and we all laughed and that is something that my family has not done in a while. It was a great day and it will be one that I wont forget.

Started Childbirth Classes

Announced Baby's Gender to Family
We didn't tell everyone because we are doing a gender reveal at the baby shower. We only told a few people that wasn't going to make it to the baby shower, and both grandmas.

Found Out Baby's Gender
Me and daddy went with all hopes that we where going to have a girl. I drank so much water that the nurse had me pee a little because my bladder was to full. The baby was being stubborn and wouldn't let the nurse take all the measurements that where needed. A half an hour later they went and got daddy and told us that we where having and little girl and we where so happy.

Husband/Partner Felt Baby Move for the First Time
We where laying down for bed and my husband was rubbing y belly and talking to the baby when out of no where little GabbyMay kicked him in his hand. He wasn't sure at first if it was her or gas, because I have had all of that, but then he knew for sure when he felt its again just a few seconds later.

On September 2, 2013 at 16 weeks 6 days pregnant
Felt My Baby Move for the First Time
I was laying in bed getting ready to go to sleep when I felt a weird gas like feeling so I was feeling around my belly when I felt the first kick.

On July 12, 2013 at 9 weeks 3 days pregnant
Picked a Name
We had so many different names for the baby, both boy and girl, and we just couldn't agree on anything, until I said GabriellaMay Lynn and Jr. and my husband fell in love with the names and that is what we stuck with until we found out the sex.

On July 5, 2013 at 8 weeks 3 days pregnant
Announced Pregnancy to Family
After 5 home pregnancy test came back positive we when to the local doctors office to get a test done. The test there came back positive as well and that day we told both sides of the family and they where so happy that there was going to be a new baby in the family.

On July 1, 2013 at 7 weeks 6 days pregnant
First Positive Pregnancy Test
I had not had my period for a full month and I thought "Okay this isnt normal" but everyone just said that is was where I was having "mommy fever" and i wanted to be pregnant so bad that my body was confused. I decided to take the test and was crying from happiness when 3 test came back positive.

On July 1, 2013 at 7 weeks 6 days pregnant
Told Husband/Partner
Woke him up at 6:30 am to tell him that three home tests came back positive.
