We all gathered for dinner at my mom and dad's and read the result of my Harmony test.

Found Out Baby's Gender
We found out with the entire family by reading the Harmony test results. It's a girl!
On September 21, 2015 at 12 weeks 3 days pregnant
Announced Pregnancy to Family
Two days after telling the kids, we finally told the rest of the family.

First Prenatal Appointment
All things went exceptionally well! I got to hear the heartbeat and see the baby wiggle :).

Told Husband/Partner
After getting positives two days in a row on four different tests, I knew I was given a prime opportunity to give dh the shock of his life! I thought I'd had a few mild symptoms, but being sure there was truly no chance I was actually pg, I never mentioned it to him. I told him I wanted to record a short blurb for my You Tube channel talking about music, but instead dropped the bomb of, "I'm pregnant!" on him. He had the perfect reaction. We have laughed and laughed and laughed. Almost a week later, we're slightly less shocked haha.

First Positive Pregnancy Test
The line was too faint to be believable, so I dismissed the result. It crossed my mind throughout the day and I contemplated whether I might repeat a test the next day or just wait and see if af showed. The following morning, I was lying in bed trying to decide when my phone buzzed. It was a simple message from a friend that said, "You're on my heart today. Just wanted you to know I'm praying for you." Something about that told me to go ahead and get up and test. It took getting positives on three different tests (two different brands) before I could believe what I was seeing. I waiting half the day before surprising dh with the good news! We were both shocked as we totally didn't see it coming!
