My Milestones & Events

On January 23, 2012 at 12 weeks 5 days pregnant
Started Wearing Maternity Clothes
Since I am in the Army, I have to wear my uniform everyday. Well....before we went on our babymoon, I could barely fit into my uniform pants. I would have to leave them unbuttoned and just cinch the belt to make sure that my pants didn't fall down. So I went and got my maternity ACU's (Army Combat Uniform) issued! So much better, even if I do have to pull them up to my boobs!

On January 17, 2012 at 11 weeks 6 days pregnant
Went on Babymoon
DH and I went to Garmisch-Partenkirchen in Germany. I wanted DH to be able to use his brand new snowboard and OB cleared me to go snowboarding as long as I was careful and didn't over do it. Only really went on a few runs, but thoroughly loved watching DH fall in love with snowboarding! Rested and enjoyed each other while it's still just us!

On January 10, 2012 at 10 weeks 6 days pregnant
First Ultrasound
Dr. McLeod was amazing! She homed in on our little one immediately! The baby was moving his/her arms and legs on the screen and I teared up! We each have a copy of our baby's first picture!

On November 26, 2011 at 4 weeks 3 days pregnant
Announced Pregnancy to Family
We are stationed in Germany, so it had to be a phone call. We called my mom first, his dad, my Gram, his Mom...etc. Everyone is super happy!

First Positive Pregnancy Test
DH wanted me to take the test in the store, he was so excited. He realized that it was positive before I did. Totally shocked since I just thought I was about to get my cycle. Yay!
