Found Out Baby's Gender
We found out the baby is a boy today. It was amazing to see how much he has grown in less than three weeks. He was very cooperative with getting his "picture taken" and let us see that he is very obviously all boy!

Picked a Name
We've had a name decided for a while, but today the baby became Kevin Garrett Moriarty.

Heard Baby's Heartbeat for the First Time
We had our second ultrasound today and I was really nervous. Kevin was able to make this appointment with me. We got to see and hear the heartbeat. It was amazing. It was beating at 122 bpm.

First Positive Blood Test
With all the false positives we've had, the blood test was making me super nervous. Then, the call came in and it was positive with a beta count of 25.5!

First Positive Pregnancy Test

Kevin came in while I was showering and glanced at the test, then walked away. When I got out, I saw 2 pink lines and ran to tell him. He didn't really seem to believe me. Later that day, I took a digital test that was positive. I sent a picture to his phone. He text me back saying "I'm going to be a daddy!"
He's very excited, but I think still kind of in shock.
