Q: Same coworker being super rude/mean!

Coworker: "You're getting really fat. You shouldn't look like that already." Me: "It's not fat, I'm pregnant. I've gained maybe 2 pounds." Coworker: "Well I was really skinny with my first and I wore my regular clothes until 7 months." Me: "Good for you."

What the hell?! I'm 17 weeks. I'm not huge but yes, I'm starting to show. Geeze....I thought I looked cute today until she went and made me feel awful AGAIN. Every time she sees me she makes some disparaging comment. I don't know how to deal with her except to avoid her entirely which isn't always possible.

Sounds like she's jealous in my opinion. You look great in your pic and are super lucky to have gained it in the bump area and nowhere else. She's a nut

Def I would speak to the manager and let them know, she is obviously just being a cow, it's bullying and she should realise that she can't get away with it. If someone spoke to her like that I'm sure she wouldn't be too happy either.

Good luck

Please don't let that bitch annoy you anymore x

I think I will have to. It is such a small company and everyone is very close so I am afraid if I file a complaint everyone will know about it. I didn't really want to create drama but she really has been making me feel bad about myself.

I would report her for harassment. What she's doing is not just being stupid, she's repeatedly making negative comments about your physical appearance, purposely. Most companies will not tolerate that kind of behavior because it opens them up to lawsuits. Don't let her get away with bullying you!

Omg that is so cheeky, I would've told her to F off! stupid woman, it's not he business and she should not be commenting like that, ESP not in work place that can be construed as bullying in the workplace!

Don't listen to what she has to say, everyone is different, I'm freaking out here about what way I'm going to look when I get to the showing part, my auntie hasn't put a pound on and has a cute bump, I'm going to look huge and I know it. maybe your co worker is actually jealous that you will be going off on maternity and she's going to stuck there lol
